Scholarship Criteria: Enrolling full time at the University of Miami
This prestigious scholarship is awarded to three high school graduates who have overcome significant adversity to achieve academic excellence.
Thanks to the generosity of Publix Super Markets Charities, Inc., and in honor of Publix founder, George W. Jenkins, the Jenkins Scholarship award covers the full cost of attendance. It is valued at more than $62,000 for the 2016-17 academic year and more the @250,000 over four years.
Academics: Minimum GPA of 3.75 and a well-rounded college preparatory curriculum.
Financial Need: High financial need, as determined through the Free Application for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA) and the CSS/Financial Aid PROFILE

Eligibility: Open to Middle Tennessee high school seniors, who will graduate prior to June 1, 2017, and college freshmen, sophomores and juniors.
The qualified applicant is planning to purse a career in business or a stem-related field, and must demonstrate financial need.
- Students must be planning to enroll in a four-year, non-profit college in the fall of 2017
- Awards vary based on financial need, and are directly tied to the cost of the college. Minimum award is $2,500 per year
- Scholarships are renewable awards for up to four years or until the recipient completes their undergraduate degree, whichever comes first
- A minimum GAP of 2.5 or higher is preferred.
