Injury Lawyers Scholarship

My name is Devin Harper and I work with Schultz & Myers, a personal injury law firm located in St. Louis, MO. Schultz & Myers is pleased to offer the Injury Lawyers Scholarship.

2018 Walker Morgan Scholarship

Details for this scholarship are below:

• Applicants must currently be enrolled in high school and plan to graduate before July 1, 2018, or be enrolled in college.
• Applicants must have a 2.5 GPA or higher.
• Applicants or direct family members must have been personally affected by an injury of some type.
Deadline: May 31, 2018
Award Amount: $2,500

Winning Applicant: Judging for this scholarship will take into account three factors:
1. Academic achievements.
2. Achievements outside of school.

The Middle Tennessee Chapter of the Association of Certified Fraud Examiners is awarding scholarships to outstanding Middle Tennessee* students pursuing a degree in business, criminal justice, information technology, or a law-related major. One scholarship, the Donna Crutcher Memorial Scholarship, in the amount of $2,500, one scholarship in the amount of $2,000, one scholarship in the amount of $1,500, and one scholarship in the amount of $1,000 will be awarded at the June 14, 2018, luncheon. Horatio Alger National Career & Technical Scholarship Program

Students interested in enrolling in Career and Technical Education programs for Fall 2018 can apply for the Horatio Alger Association Career and Technical Scholarship Program.

Since 1984, the Horatio Alger Association has awarded over $2125 million in college scholarships to deserving students. Through nationally recognized educational programs, the Association reaches out directly to our nation’s young people with a message of hope, opportunity, responsibility, and perseverence.

We are proud to continue providing support for students seeking to pursue career or technical education in a post-secondary environment. This program provides financial assistance to students throughout the nation who have financial need and have exhibited integrity and perseverance in overcoming personal adversity. Scholarship criteria also include high school completion by spring of 2018, commitment to pursue and complete a career or technical certificate/degree, Pell-eligibility, student under age 30, and United States citizenship.

The Association will award 1020 scholarships in 2018 with a maximum award amount of $2,500 depending on the cost of the program and need of the student.

MTSU Biology Scholarship

The Biology Department at Middle Tennessee State University has three $1,500 scholarships available to first-semester freshmen. The recipients of the awards must be graduating high school seniors, must declare Biology as their major and be entering MTSU for the Fall 2018 semester. Successful applicants will also need to demonstrate an interest in the life sciences and have career aspirations in a biological field. The scholarships will be awarded based on the students’ ACT scores, high-school GPA, and their responses on the attached application form. In order to apply, a student must have an ACT score of 25 or better and a high-school GPA of 3.5 or above. The deadline for the application has been extended to April 16th.

Balanced Man Scholarship – UTK

Over the past twenty-seven years, the Tennessee Alpha Chapter of Sigma Phi Epsilon has awarded more then $80,000 in scholarships to outstanding incoming freshmen males at the University of Tennessee. We are pleased to announce that we will be awarding another $5,000 in awards this year. The goal of our program is to identify and recognize the most outstanding incoming male students.

UT Martin Freshman Scholarship

These are exciting days in the Communications Department, and we depend on outstanding students like yours to keep us strong and vibrant. 2018 Angie Tillman Nursing Scholarship

2018 Angie Tillman Nursing Scholarship
Graduating high school seniors who live in Williamson County are encouraged to apply for the Angie Tillman Nursing Scholarship, which awards one student pursuing a degree in nursing with a $10,000 scholarship. The recipient will receive $2,500 each year for four years, as long as he or she maintains the academic eligibility requirements.

To qualify, students must be graduating high school seniors with at least a 3.5 cumulative grade point average and a Williamson County resident, a dependent of a WMC employee or a WMC junior volunteer. The scholarship is awarded contingent upon proof of acceptance into an approved nursing program in Tennessee. Entries for the nursing scholarship must be postmarked by April 15, 2018

The scholarship is given by Williamson Medical Center’s Volunteer Auxiliary in memory of Angie Tillman, who volunteered for 22 years and donated nearly 15,000 hours of service to Williamson Medical Center.
