Have you ever been there, where you have a ton of homework and you need time to just fly by? Well, if so I can help. Here are the steps to get your homework done more quickly.
#1 Take all electronics away. Electronics can be a HUGE distraction. If you start playing on your devices, then your homework sits off to the side and doesn’t get done. Devices include, Ipads, phones, tablets, computers, T.V’s, X-boxes, and more. Basically, anything with a screen or that potentially could be distracting should be taken out of the area that you are working in.
#2 Do the hardest ones first.
If you do the hardest homework first, then it just keeps getting easier. Having your homework getting easier makes your brain do it faster since the hard ones were first. It also gives your brain the chance to calm down and relax. #3 Keep organized Re-organize as needed. If your things are unorganized, then you might have the tendency to lose some, or all, of your work. If this happens, then you could possibly spend more time looking for your work than you spend working on it.
#4 Healthy Snacks Healthy snacks help your body recharge. Snacks like apples, grapes, bananas, or any other fruit and vegetables are acceptable. Snacks like Oreo® cookies, or chips are not okay. These are junk food snacks.
#5 Homework tubs (optional) If you want to, you can make a homework tub. This will help you if you lose things easily. This way you will not spend unneeded time looking for your supplies. To make a homework tub first get a big plastic tub/container big enough for a 8.5 inch wide by 11 inch tall letter-size paper (average printer sized paper). Get some small containers, glass jars, whatever you want, and fill them with markers, pens, pencils, or crayons. Put your homework in this tub and you are good to go.
