Every year in the fall we have a pumpkin decorating competition in our school library. It’s a friendly fun competition. Every grade has a different theme. And then it’s the students turn to vote on the pumpkin that they like the best decorated. Every pumpkin has a number. The librarian hands out pieces of paper to write what number pumpkin you want to win. There is a first, second, and third place. The first place winner were the office workers with the Star Wars pumpkins. The second place winners were the specials teachers with Emojis. The third place winner were the 3rd grade teachers with Unicorns. This is a very fun competition. The people that paint them do a lot of work.
